Mr Goel is a visiting surgeon who has his own private practice in the North Lincolnshire region. He chooses to use the the state-of-the-art facilities available at Sheffield Vision Centre to provide the very best outcome possible for his private patients.

Mr Goel graduated medicine in 1996. Since then he has trained and worked in Ophthalmology in eminent teaching centres in the UK (including at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital) and Internationally, acquiring a range of qualifications and memberships with specialist ophthalmic organisations. Mr Goel is very well presented and published in National and International platforms and in his career has 19 publications and over 50 presentations to his credit. He has won National and International Awards for his scientific work.

Mr Goel has been a Consultant since 2008 and offers his services in Ophthalmology with a special interest in:
• Cataract and Refractive Surgery
• Oculofacial Plastic Surgery
• Corneal/Anterior Segment Surgery

He is regularly invited as an expert speaker to present his experience on his specialist interests as listed above.
Mr Goel is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists(FRCOphth) and is a member of the British Society of Refractive Surgeons and European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. In 2013 he has been elected as a council member of the United Kingdom and Ireland Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.  For more information on Mr Goel please see
